{FINAL MAJOR PROJECT}

-- HOTEL V --

The hotel aims to educate guests on a plant-based diet and its benefits. The hotel is targeted at vegans and non-vegans, people interested in a unique experience or people wanting to trying something new. It is also likely to attract environmentally conscious people. The concept of the space is calm, natural, flow which is shown throughout the space.

{SOCIAL INNOVATION}

The concept is to create a retail space that is personal to each individual customer whilst keeping the Soap Co. branding and ethics throughout. I also want the customer journey to feel seamless and very natural and calming. This links to the design that will have very soft flowing shapes to give a natural flow round the store. The use of natural colours and materials within the store highlights the environmental values of Soap Co.

{RETAIL DESIGN EXPO BRIEF}

The inspiration behind the design was the name Berghaus meaning mountain shed and the location being the Snowdon Mountain Railway Station. The log cabin train will look like a traditional log cabin from the outside, but the inside will be designed around a train carriage, using the trains original interior to display the Berghaus merchandise.

{EXHIBITION STAND}

The inspiration behind the design was the Caribbean Heritage of Huddersfield specifically the Huddersfield Caribbean Carnival. The concept of the exhibition stand is feathers as this is a key aspect throughout the carnival.

{MARKET BRIEF}

The design was inspired by the sense of sight, specifically the light reflections you see in the Queensgate Market. The concept of the design was light, clean and crisp.
